I ordered soup and a couple of drinks through Snoonu, and everything arrived surprisingly neat. The soup container was sealed properly, the cups had tight covers, and even the bags were closed nicely. Not a single leak or spill, which I really appreciated, especially with soup. Small detail, but it made the whole order feel much better

Ordered dinner from snoonu.com. it got here quicker than I expected. The food was still hot too, not just kind of warm, which is usually what I worry about with delivery. Even the fries were still decent. Driver was nice. Bag was fine, no mess or anything. Good experience this time. 5 stars from me.

I use Snoonu a lot. The payment options are fine for me. Paying by card is simple. I also like that I can save my card. Cash is there too when I need it.
Most payments go through without any trouble. One time it looked stuck. But it fixed itself after a few minutes. It is not perfect. Still, it feels reliable enough.

I’ve ordered groceries from snoonu a few times now, everything has been fresh each time. The milk, bread, and veggies all had proper expiry dates too, not that annoying old-stock stuff you sometimes get. I’m kind of tired of trying different delivery services and hoping they get it right, so it’s been nice that this has been reliable so far.

I had to cancel my order because the restaurant was taking forever. Canceling it was easy, so I thought the refund would be simple too, but nope. Support just kept telling me to wait and Wait, and it ended up taking days to get my money back. The app isn’t terrible or anything, but this part was really annoying.

My snap judgment after using Snoonu was that it actually feels made for people here. The Arabic and English are clear, the shop names and areas make sense, and there aren’t any weird translations like I’ve seen on other apps. Ordering is simple, I don’t get lost or confused, and that’s enough for me. 5 stars.

I’ve used snoonu a few times now and I’m almost suspicious of how accurate my orders have been. Like, not one missing item, nothing wrong, even when I added special notes. Everything I picked actually showed up exactly as it should, which feels like a small miracle these days. Delivery was fine too, but the main thing is that they got the order right every single time. Makes ordering so much less stressful, honestly.

"Good app, but the glitches and mixed answers get annoying"
I use snoonu from time to time, and the app is easy to figure out. The problem is it can get really slow or even freeze right when I’m trying to place an order, which is super frustrating. The tracking also isn’t always reliable, it’ll say the driver is nearby, but then I’m still waiting much longer than expected. Customer support is okay, but they’re not always quick, and I’ve gotten different answers depending on who I talk to, which makes it even more confusing. It’s great when everything works smoothly, but the app definitely needs to be more stable.

"Tracking is reliable most of the time"
I use Snoonu quite a bit, and the delivery tracking is usually accurate. Sometimes the rider seems stuck on the map for a few minutes, so I’m not totally sure where they are, but the estimated arrival time is still usually close. It’s not perfect, but because I can see the tracking, I don’t have to stand outside guessing when the order will arrive.
